From the Corporate Desk to the Gym Floor.
Before I became a coach, I was completely immersed in a demanding corporate career. I know exactly what it’s like to feel like there aren't enough hours in the day, watching your own health and fitness slide to the bottom of a never-ending to-do list. Overhauling my own lifestyle changed everything for me. It led me to leave that world behind and dedicate the last 7 years to serious training and 6 years to professional coaching.

Today, my absolute specialization is helping women—the high-achievers who are managing demanding careers, running households, and taking care of everyone else—finally take care of themselves.

As a certified coach specialized in both Exercise Science and Ayurvedic Nutrition, I build realistic, stress-free frameworks for busy women. Along with that, I am certified from a UK based academy for dietary supplements to ensure all your nutritional needs are met even in the busy lifestyle.

I’ve proven that you can build a strong, lean, and high-energy body naturally and on a vegetarian lifestyle, without sacrificing your work, your family time, or your sanity. You don't need a lifestyle that revolves around fitness; you need a fitness strategy that seamlessly supports your life.
